After my engine failure on Fri 3K miles after an expensive rebuild, am now again looking for an engine, being APX engines are like hens teeth & I've almost had enough of this piece of voorsprung derk techniek, anyone know of an alternative that will not cost thousands?? 2 litre???

Is it just the top end thats gone.
theres a cylinder head and a complete engine listed on german ebay at the moment.

complete engine is over 2000 euros though

Complete new genuine engine here but its a 180, £1500 +£50 Del....... you could always swap your bits over
