Vagcheck have spent many years working with TT's, and have developed a fine library of tuned files that cover virtually all the Mk1 TT 1.8T ECU hardware/software variants.
We see in the current climate that there is a price point where some are drawn into taking possible risks with remaps of unknown origin or tuners with little knowledge of these engines, and we also appreciate that some may be very happy with the maintenance of their cars from their current technicians and have no concerns about the underlying health of their vehicle, & as such do not require individual vehicle road testing & data logging at higher expense.
You may also have no desire to have the absolute best safe gains extracted, & just seek a decent healthy increase available at a lower cost.
With this in mind , we'd like to offer a special price on our developed Stage 1 remaps, normally reserved only for our mail order service. These still offer decent gains and the reassurance they have been tuned with maximum durability in mind, & can be applied without extensive data logging or tweaks required.
This offer for Stage 1 will include our basic engine checks, fault review, load remap and test drive. The special offer charge for our Stage 1 remap for forum members will be just £225.00 + VAT for all Mk1 TT 1.8T remaps, & the offer will be available until 30th April 2010.
In the event you do have faults that need diagnosis, or if you wished for more in depth fault diagnostics & data logging performed then we'd charge our standard labour rate on the time required.
You'll hopefully appreciate this is a cost effective way of getting remapped from a company taking pride in the quality of tune, and with the knowledge of good practices behind what they do.
In addition if you wished afterwards you had taken advantage of our more powerful Stage 2 code then if you contact us within 30 days we can upgrade your map to Stage 2 for £149.00 +VAT, & this will include our regular more thorough data logging tests & tweaks where beneficial.
