With my MOT tomorrow I think it may fail on one of the wishbone bushings. If it does fail I would much rather uprate all 4 bushings in my genuine wishbones (don't want cheap ebay ones). I know TT shop has them for £102.12 but how much is shipping from them? Also APS has them for £120 (I think free shipping but not sure)....

So where is the cheapest place to get them? Only looking at Defcon 3 btw. Any help much appreciated!

Have you rang TTS or APS ? Probably the best thing to do

I'm emailing them as I'm at work, really asking if anyone else does them maybe for a bit less?

Also rang up audi, it'd be £94 just to replace all bushings to 'Mk2' spec!

So I now have a very good price from APS for the Defcon 2 kit

So just a few questions now (sorry to be a PITA)

Will I need to re-align the front wheels after?
Will I need spring compressors at all to get the wishbones out (running apex -40mm)?
And how badly do you really need a massive press, can't I use a big vice or g-clamp? (being a bit naive here)

I think you'll need a press I'm afraid, when mine were fitted the mechanic commented on how much pressure they'd had to use to get them in!
