Hi there forum newbie here

Just bought a 52 plate mark1 Audi TT 225 Quattro and dont know much about it. Hope someone can help me as i only had it a few days and when im putting the foot down its holding back and spluttering, it doesnt seem to be pulling well and my engine management light is flashin on for a few seconds then going off again also tends to miss whilst sitting ticking over.

Any help would be much appreciated thanx G

sounds same as mine, believe it is a coilpack gone

Yup sounds like a coilpack - get one from the dealer for about £33 and do a search on coilpack for more info - see here www.wak-tt.com for info on how to change.

Does ur engine management light stay on or flash for a few seconds then go back off m8? Ive just had 1 of my friends plug his diagnostics reader into it but it hasnt logged any faults as the management light only stays on for a few seconds? Also does ur car run ok off the turbo as mine seems fine until u put the foot down?
