Hi,
Just wondering if the dealer need to balance up the tires when i change to my summer wheels again ?
its the same wheels that was on at delivery last year :)

Now ill have audi original 17 inch wheels and rims on and the dealer will change back next week for me .

If they were running OK when they came off, then they shouldn't need balancing.

I'm a little confused - you refer to wheels and rims as opposed to tyres and wheels or tyres and rims. If the dealer removes your winter tyres and installs your summer tyres on the SAME rims, then they will need to be rebalanced. If they just swap winter tyres on "winter" rims for summer tyres, already mounted on your "summer" rims - then no new balancing is required, assuming the summer tyres (and "summer rims") were in balance when they came off. The original position of each rim/wheel is critical of course (right front to right front, etc.).

Sorry if this seems a somewhat anal reply, but I work with a lot of lawyers..... :wink:
