Am I being totally naive here but surely the sort of publicity that a business would attract by ''going after a Forum'' like this one would far outweigh the benefit of stopping people publicising their problems with that particular concern?
Especially if the Forum made it its business to make the facts of the case as well known as possible.
The outlets for that are many and varied.
Possibly the old (but true) adage of ''United we stand, divided we fall'' would apply!
