I came across these guys in fleabay and I tried asking them about any of their front bumpers fitting on a tt with 16" wheels. I didn't quite get a straight answer and so I thought if anybody here has tried their product and has anything to pitch in.

Here's a link to their website: http://unqshop.com/

P/S: It's the polish guy from fleabay and I'm not even sure if he's real.

Some aftermarket bumpers like the ones offered by regula tuning needs at least 19" wheels due to the bumpers running very low to the ground. Essentially you can't (you could but wouldn't be practical) fix them on a car with 16" wheels as the lower part of the bumper would technically be on the ground.

So, I was wondering if these bumpers are manufactured that low to the ground or they're based on more of an oem dimensions of the front bumper.

A 19" and 16" with tyre are pretty much the same think about it

If you are still having trouble read up about tyre profiles.

As Jamman says a 19in wheel has a 35 series tire a 16in wheel has a 50 series tyre so the over all size of the wheel + tyre is almost the same

Yep! 16" will have a larger profile ie 45 or 50 while a 19 will have 35 ;)
