Our silver TT roadster, black roof, has been parked underneath the trees of our driveway for some weeks now. It's starting to get some green tint of sap around the edges of the roof. What's the best way to treat this? We tried soap, water and lots of scrubbing but it's had little effect.

Hi Pugwash, Gentle scrubbing using Milton solution should remove the algae & then waterproof with Fabisil once thoroughly dry..

as hoggy and yellow say...........do the milton route neat with an old tooth brush and then wash roof properly with baby wash and clean rinse off. once it is fully dry seal as stated with fabsil twice to ensure a good waterporoof seal

+1 and wash with Johnsons Baby lotion (blue cap version) - comes up a treat

If its really bad you will need renovo hood colourer, re dyes it black, its fantastic stuff
