hi

i have a mk 1 tt and was just wondering how hard it is to change the grill from a standard one to a 3 bar grill .......... do you have to remove bumpers or head lights etc

Welcome It is not a big job should take about 30 mins you do not have to remove the bumper or lights there is a how to + lots of great info on here www.wak-tt.com

Good man there is also a how to for grill fitting in Absolutte 9 (the TTOC mag)

I replaced my grill with a 3 bar recently. You can simply release the top of the bumper to get your hand in to reach the top clips, and remove the lower bumper grill and reach up to get to the lower clips. I used a screwdriver to break all the grill tabs on the bottom edge to remove it, didnt want to keep/sell it so not an issue breaking it to remove it. The 3 bar grill then just pushes into place pretty much.
