You have to make them smaller then 256 and upload again.
Select file, select "save as", adjust file size below 256 and save, then upload again.

Easiest way is to open a Photobucket account for free, upload your pics onto their site,they will then give you a code for forums,message books etc.Just copy and paste the code onto your post.Simples!
