Mine took 30 seconds, i ripped it off! got annoted looking for the little clips! 
But you may need to undo the bots on the top middle section of the bumper, to gain accress to the inner side of the grille.
TT TPJ on the forum gave me greeat advice how to do it! using a old copper pipe and using it to undo clips!
