Hi can anyone help my fathers C Class has developed a fault with its auto box and wont change up gear, and also the supercharger isn't cutting in.

has anyone had the problem and know the solution..

the car has gone in to limp mode now, gonna wait until mercedes are back open on tuesday and get them to take a look at it
