people who aren't aware are going to be shocked as.

i wonder how many manufacturers will offer tax payment ontop of their finance deals etc. on new cars to come?

also do used cars on forecourts have to be taxed? if so those independant dealers are going to be hit hard. if not, i assume you can't test drive them.

Know the feeling m8 my 180 TTR was registered in Dec 2001, it is exactly the same spec as my m8's 180 TTR registered in Feb 2001, it puts out the same Gasses etc so why is my TAX NOT the same as his. to make matters even worse we have both just had new MOT's (2-3 weeks between each other) and on my print out my emissions are FAR less than his.

IT MAKES ME MAD

Yip my 225 is in the same boat - registered dec 2001 - why oh why couldn't it be 6 months older.

Does anyone know the answer to this though?

If the car tax rules are changing in March next year, does that mean up till February it will still be £210, or do you think they will work it out on a monthly basis?
