Listing this On behalf of my mate who is selling his show winning mk5 golf

Truely epic car and if you go to any car show you will Reconise it. Been very well looked after.

Reluctant sale of my MK5 pride and joy! Only selling due to career needing ownership of a van and as a joiner cannot use for work. This car has been extremely well taken care of, washed most weekends whatever the weather and whatever part it has needed mechanically along the way I have had fitted.

Engine:

116,585miles on clock, BUT has had engine replaced with one which has done around 55,000 receipts to prove.

Has had brand new turbo fitted around 1,000 miles ago as the one I originally bought it with wasn't up to my standards. This was done along with new oil feed pipe, all pipework and seals. Receipts to prove.

Also has had brand new EGR valve.

Brand new seals on injectors along with an oil change.

New front brake disks and pads.

New cam belt and water pump, as well as a new aircon compressor and re-gassed.

Bay is fully flocked in brown to match interior along with a custom made washer bottle cover and gloss cream underside of bonnet.

All work has been carried out by my local VW Specialist.

Miltek stainless turbo back exhaust system, non-resonated

Chassis:

Airlift streetwise suspension kit with XL Super Slam bags, 10mm lines so very responsive. Cream colour tank has been installed as part of boot build so looks extremely tidy.

Will include all manuals with sale.

Bodywork:

Original colour in black magic flake.

Ariel has been smoothed out.

R32 custom front bumper smoothed with custom one of a kind R32 grill.

Rare Votex side skirts fitted.

Rare custom rear Votex bumper one of a kind, bottom and top smoothed together and number plate recess shortened.

SWG wing mirrors fitted.

De-badged bootlid with satin black VW badge which has just been re sprayed, this is also de-wipered and filled with proper glass insert.

Front and rear mild window tints so that interior can still be seen.
R32 rear lights and GTI headlights.

Interior:

RS4 bucket seats re-trimmed in cream
Bentley leather. Fully electric except for airbags which does show a light on dash. This doesn't bother me so haven't had a resister fitted to eliminate, but I am told it can be done for around £30.

R32 Steering wheel and gear knob both trimmed in cream leather.

All door cards and dashboard are trimmed in cream and brown Bentley leather to match seats/colour scheme.

Alcantara headlining and rear false floor fitted in brown.

Full rear install with subwoofer and amps in cream and brown.

Air install fitted around this neatly.

Pioneer touch screen head unit.

Wheels:

Landrover TD5 18" alloys powder coated in vanilla cream gloss finish, genuine Land rover bolts which cost over £100.

Custom adapters in zinc plated steel (not alloy as they are not as strong) - made to the correct PCD and hub bore to ensure a perfect fit.

4 x like new tyres so plenty of tread left on.
Other:

Clifford G5 CAT 1 Alarm and Immobiliser with proximity sensor and engine start fitted and certified. Have just spent £400 putting this right.

Private plate not included.

MOT - 21st October 2012

TAX - 30th September 2012 - was going to be up for £8000 but have reduced price due to these running out.

£7500
