Ok so we have had the TT for a week and its been great the twin Miltek sounds lovely, but today I noticed a strange noise from the brake peddle - like air hissing, I thought it was the fan so turned everthing off and its definately the brake peddle, when I touch the brakes the noise goes completely - so wonder if its the booster leaking air but nver had this before.

Any ideas, naturally want to make sure its safe to drive, under warranty but just interested to know if anyone has had the same?

Cheers

Yes this would appear to be a faulty brake servo; there have been one or two others on here reporting the same symptom.
What model/year TT do you have?

I hope you have a warranty of some sort because I recall (only vaguely) that on RHD cars it's an engine out job to replace the servo.
