Is it possible to swap the driver and passenger seat bases (just the upholstery, not the frame). Just wanted to even out the wear.

I'm thinking that all the seat adjustment mechanisms are held in the frame and that the two cushions, complete with heating elements, are identical.

Anyone done it ?

I was thinking about it as well. Will have lock closer on this, I think that it shouldn't be a problem.
