Hello everyone,

I'm hoping (weather permitting...) to do a spring change this weekend on the TT. Only problem is, my spring compressors are miles away at my folks home in Hampshire...

I know it's a big ask, but does anyone have any spring compressors I could borrow for a weekend?

Ta!

Ali

No , you will need third hand to put the nut on :D
But make sure it's not your 12 year old step son's hand! I found it easier to struggle on my own than get 'help' from him

I needed compressors to take the original front springs off but didn't need any for the rear. I also didn't use them for fitting the new apex springs.

I have a massive tool I could lend you but she is on holiday at the moment, she's so fucking annoying that those springs would coil themselves so tight with fear and anger that they would fall out of the car and the new ones would slip straight in!
