Just need to establish some information to go back to AUK next week.

As many know and probably read on the forum, I / we don't think my dealer is being too honest about my order.

I have been told allocation slots can depend from dealer to dealer. However, if any forum member waiting for their TT coupe can put on this thread the date you ordered your car and then the date you are expecting delivery. Thanks in advance for your help.

(One last thing, if you are waiting for an Ibis white TTC, put that on too - I want to establish how many forum members will have new ibis white TTs!!)

I also didn't say MY dealer, I said it depends from dealer to dealer.
I think that is still a red herring. All orders go to AUK ultimately.

Second (current) one was order Nov 06, landed Dec 06 but didn't take it until March 07

And finally, how soon did you get a build week after placing your order??

Ordered circa 20th January. Build Week 10. Collecting from the dealer on Wednesday next week (26th March).

Redcar, I think the allocation from dealer to dealer can be a tad patchy, some get loads others don't but with the TTS I'm reckoning it's gonna take a bit longer than the usual TT's. Personal opinion, June might be a bit optimistic but spose it depends on your dealer allocation.

Mine took about four and a bit months wait, felt more like four and a bit years though. :wink:

When I ordered, I said I wouldnt be in a position to pay for the car until March, so I think that maybe put my order down the list a bit.
I seem to remember her saying that my order would sit in a pile on the admin's desk until a slot became available. I think the order got sent off in December, and I asked for my commission number in January, and she gave it me no problems! She also told me that it had a provisional build week of BW12 in January, and then it got confirmed a week before it was due to be built.

PS... it WILL look good on RS4s
