Can a wheel with a 5x100 offset be made to fit a car with a 5x112 offset?

5x100 is the stud pattern (PCD) not the offset, the offset is a number that has ET before it e.g ET35.

To get a 5x100 wheel to fit you need adapter plates which I can supply in 20,25 and 30mm thicknesses.

You will need a wheel that has an offset of ET50 or more to get the wheels to fit under the arch if they are for the A4 in your sig pic

Unless I'm mistaken Davids01 wants to fit a 5 x 100 wheel to a car with 5 x 112, not the other way round!

Unusual, to say the least, and I'm not sure if such adapters exist.

They do exist
