Took my car to have tracking as have uneven wear on rear. Wearing on the inside badly... needed replacing.
They were unable to adjust tracking as bolt was completely seized as it hasn't been done for years which is true and never in my ownership. I watched him he gently tried with wrench but didn't want to over-force it as could completely break the screw, bush and bolt. He tried a limited amount of force and wasn't prepared to go any further and risk damage. He didn't apply heat as he said could further damage it and obviously he didn't have parts to replace it so which was understandable.
He suggested I arrange to have fitted 2 lower arms, bushes and bolt replaced. This wasn't something they could do as they specialise in tyre fitting / tracking...
My question is, has anyone else come up against this? What parts did you order? I.E lower control arms too and bush? Or can I get away with less?
Any advice appreciated. Should have been so straight forward.... Guess because it's never been done I've come up against this issue.

the arms will come with the inner bushes (outer bushes are in the hub). Easy job once the inner ones are off. The steel bolts seize into the aluminium bushes. I had to cut them off with a reciprocating saw! Pretty cheap parts, got mine from Autodoc, Febi parts
