Never seen these in a TT before I'm guessing they are from something else ?

They look like Recaro "wingbacks" from an RS model but they could be some sort of aftermarket replica as well. Or they could be the factory ones with the leather changed (I'm not sure they came in that 2-tone, but we never got them here in an Mk2 I don't think so can't say for sure).

Here's some more info on the "wingback" seats:

As others have put - Recaro wingbacks
Option in any TT if you wanted them bad enough to pay the price - not just the RS.
My TTS for example was an original fitted/spec with Wingbacks before I removed them (TT photo below)
Non RS models spec'd with wingbacks didn't have any stamping/branding but still the unique TT pattern in the seats - so the ones posted look to me like TT spec seat

The style of the stitch/panel shape in the TT specific pattern, 'Audi' (There is a few slight variations between RS4 / RS3) wingbacks, & Volkswagen version is very noticeable to those in the know.
For those who haven't seen it - easy comparison side by side:

Colour looks 100% not standard though - these have definitely seen a trip to the retrimmers OR something like a set of Seat Skinz fitted covers*
*stand corrected - possibly exclusive insides :cool:

Any particualr reason why you didn't keep them ?

I don't know anything about these seats but that car does have an exclusive interior as you can make out the silver badge in the door card upholstery, so it is feasible

Yeah these are a manual version. All the ones shown by Barr_end above are manual as well, so did they even come in a powered version?

I'm sure you can get 8S seats to fit given someone put TT seats in a Nissan Murano or something not long ago and there was a post here about it lol. How much work, fabrication, rewiring, etc. might be involved with that, is another story. But I'd think it'd be easier than putting them in a Nissan, so at least you're one step ahead of that!

I started asking the seller about the seats above and suddenly they were removed. He claimed they came from a 2020 RS3, were electric, and had airbags. You can easily see the first two claims were false and given they were in NYC I’m guessing they were stolen too.
