I assume just the replacement silver bit won't be availbe anywhere? The mount looks slightly broken but could possibly just glue a replacement knob on.

it’s not available as a separate piece. If you haven't got the missing piece then there are usually plenty of air vents for sale on eBay.
Looks like you have the digital vents but you could buy the basic one and the swap the switches over as these are only held in by a pin and are designed to come out shoukd they need to be replaced
