Clutch Stuck Woes - 2013 Black Edition

Hi guys - have seen from research here that the clutch pedal coming up halfway, then getting stuck at the bottom, then getting stuck at the top is most likely a problem with the master cylinder on my 2013 Black Edition. Maybe some seal has failed, maybe something got stuck. Have noticed the brake fluid level is above minimum but the reservoir isn't full - not that I've ever paid much attention to the levels after MOT...

I somehow managed to get it home in first gear, and now the car is outside my flat, not able to use the clutch at all (pedal won't go down).

Trying to figure out what the next step is (I'm in West London). I can't see any leaks in footwell, bulkhead, or under the car when I've pumped the clutch. However it is now hard and can't be pressed down. I have some mechanics I know in Park Royal but I'd have to get the car towed there since I can't move it right now without a clutch.

Is master cylinder replacement something that can be done in situ? I know I'd need to bleed the combined brake / clutch system if so. Is it even worth calling AA/RAC on this one?

Also if anyone knows how much it should cost to get this fixed (let's assume for now it isn't the slave.......), that would be useful...
