Which vehicle did they come off that would be the easiest way to check by putting those details in, you'll probably find that 350mm is the disc size fitted to that vehicle.

 

Just did some research and it appears 18z are fitted to audi q7 part number 7L6615 149/150. Original discs are 350 x 34mm. Get yourself on auto trader and find a q7 with what appears to be these calipers. Note the reg and put it into euro car parts or gsf website. Should bring up the correct pads for you.

OEM pads are 7L0698151R (7L0698151P was a previous p/n)
Wear sensor is 7L0907637 if you want to fit that.

 

Yeh Q7 vw toureg Porsche cayenne same calipers. When i ordered my brackets from creation motorsport it says use mk4 Golf r32 discs 334x32. Ty for helping but surely that pads for 350mm discs will be to big?

 

On the 350 disc there will just be a section of the disc not used. An approx 13mm or more wide band near the hub

 

You would hope that if Creation motorsport are selling them to fit a 334 disc then they will, it could be that although the disc is 16mm smaller in diameter (so on 8mm difference in surface length possible) it could be the hubs on the q7 discs are a larger diameter and the actual disc wearing face is a similar size to the 334 disc.

Epytec does adapters for Z18 and Z17 calipers for 334mm discs, and recommendation for both is use Z18 pad, because it sweeps bigger radius of disc.
