It's probably fine, depends when in the world you're located as if you're buying in at a high mileage may make selling it later a bit harder.
Not aware of any issues with high miles outside of the usual things / general maintenance. Having said that i'd want to ask how often it needs oil top ups, as I wouldn't want to be buying one that was already consuming a lot.
One clue (but doesn’t tell you for certain) is MOT history - but that’s just one sign of a car being looked after.
Does it have clear MOT history? What were the recent advisories, if any? And what’s the service history look like? (it may have FSH but see what has actually been done).
Many MK2’s with super high mileage so no reason the MK3 couldn’t do the same.
For a car with that mileage also check things work (such as the fan/air con as motor can go over time especially if someone’s been using it non stop for that mileage) check clutch (not sure if it’s a manual?) feels ok and make sure you run a car check on it before you buy if you are certain it’s the one for you.
It will be harder to sell in the future but many are not afraid of high mileage Audis especially the TT as it’s so desirable.
Also type the number plate into google and YouTube just in case (as I recently did that to my old 2007 TT that id sold years ago and found a mechanic was having issues with something to do with steering and posted it on a help forum with the number plate), that was interesting so you never know could find history on yours with a quick search.
