If the dents are very minor then theres a possibilty they can be removed however, the panel will have to come off the car to do so as the actual sill sits very close behind it. Paintless dent repair companies cannot get their tools behind it. Another thing is that the side skirt is made of very thin aluminium so the metal usually stretches (has both times in my case) the result is that the paint bruises and will need a respray anyway.
IMO if youve got to take it off you may as well replace it with a new one - or a second hand one in mint condition. Give
