yes, it fits (several people already did that), but you need the whole "pack" (engine, transmission, the 3 radiators, intercooler + ECU/TCU and all minor electronic)

Have you heard that how much does it cost to change?

 

There is a lot of labour charges for the fitting, however I think the biggest cost would be buying the engine and all the associated parts required. They are a VERY expensive engine to buy.

 

(I was referring to the RS engine purchase, not to the TTS/TT-RS price difference)

 

I know, and I was saying it would be much cheaper, over here at least, just to buy an RS over a donor TTS and RS engine.

 

Got it. I don't know it appropriates to own tt/tts even ttrs here. If i affordable, next thing is get it fixed. Make it like...mint if were you, what woud u do first of all, I could afford TT/TTS. But. in case of TTRS, maybe I think I could get that after 2~3 yrs later. 1. Owned normal tt (2016/under 20K) 2. Owned tts (2016/under 30k) 3. Owned inported ttrs (2020/80k with every taxes)

 

option 2 looks the one with highest cost/benefit ratio, maybe tuning it to stage 2 to almost match RS performance level
