19" 245/35's - set of four, £670 fitted, at my home by Halfords - which seemed a reasonable deal
Impressed so far, previously done 30K on a set of Bridgestone Potenza s001's which have been OK TBF, if a little noisy
First impressions of the Goodyears, really nice, OK, new, full depth rubber will always be a big difference, but these feel more comfortable, slightly quieter and very good steering feel/direction
hopefully they will feel good when bedded in too, fitter said he has them on an S4 and really likes them, especially in the wet

i was going to go for them also but then was persuaded to go for PZ5s which to date and a few thousand miles are great...went for the 255/35/19’s and got a deal also at £550 for 4 fitted at Halfords also.

Erm, I've has my eye on a set of these for a while and your deal had me intrigued so I looked them up. Not sure why it's showing 255 for my reg number rather than 245 but they are nearly £100 cheaper. Need to go check what I currently have.

Had F1 asymmetric 4's on my last TTS and they were awesome, super sticky and excellent wear rate, looked at lots of tyres to replace the crud that this car came on but see so many mixed reviews my head insists on sticking with what I know. P Zeros generally get bad user feedback, most love Pilot Sports but they wear quickly and are expensive, Eagle F1's are the only ones that get consistently good reviews.

I’ve had Eagle F1 Asymmetric in various models (3,4 & 5) on my S4 and A5 over the years. I think they are great tyres for the price.
National Tyres who had the best price and who I ordered the last set from wasn’t able to get them in the end so they offered Bridgestones for the same price. They’re OK in grip, wear etc so far but on the A5 IMO much much noisier.

Goodyear Eagle F1 have been my go to tyre for some years. I fitted them to my old A5 and my previous TTRS and found them good tyres thar wore well. I did however, become tempted to try the continental sport contact 7's on my roadster.

The Bridgestone's fitted to the RS3 from new seemed to be wearing rather quickly. I have since been told that when new they would have only had 6.3mm tread depth in the centre, and much less on the edges.

has anyone experienced the Good Year Asym 5/6 vs Michelin Pilot sport 4/5 ? I was tempted by the Michelin as some say it has a 'softer' wall and therefore may be more compliant/comfortable on broken roads especially if you have a TTS with magride.

did a longer run at the weekend on the F1 - 6's and I'm really liking these so far...
