I think there are some on eBay, but from my opinion I’d rather get it built myself so I know exactly what parts are used and where they are sourced from - in some instances people have used 2nd hand parts that have failed.

For 350-380 bhp you may not need to forge if the torque comes in smoothly without any spikes. There are several examples on here running 350+ without Forged Rods

 

Exhaust manifold is difficult unless you get a Chinafold and then get it ported - but it’s not an easy job.

I know of someone that sells ported chinafolds, saves you having to do it. Let me know if you're interested (Will have to find out if he's still doing it though)

Thanks all, I am in touch with the chap on Ebay and weighing up the options, I missed out on an engine last week. As its being used on track I want to get the engine done right from the start so will do rods and pistons to have more durability.

It's a balance of time for doing a build for me atm vs. buying one right now.
