Check your manual - theres something you can do to re-program it. This has to be done if the battery gets change over. Not sure why it would have just happened though.

From memory though, I think you put the window up, then hold down up on the control for 2 seconds, then it should work again - but dont hold me to that

 

Strange it started working again by its self a couple of days Later.
