Just a very quick touch should move the window all the way down (or up) and a held press will use control mode which will stop the window when you release the switch. If this is not the case then definitely report this to your dealer and get it looked at.

This is a known problem. I had it on mine. I can't quite remember what the process is to reset. Something like open both windows fully, then close again.

Someone will be along with the exact sequence I'm sure, is it on Waks or Kevins site? or in the FAQ?

if i remember rightly there is something in the handbook with regards to re-setting the one-touch windows.

 

This happens quite regularly on mine.

try this

ignition on, but not the engine
press and hold down switch - window all the way down
press and hold up switch - window all the way up and hold for about 5 seconds

after that it should be ok
