I've developed some rust on my rear quarter panel around the fender. Is it possible to replace the entire panel if a donor car was found?

It's possible to replace any part on the car, whether it's financially worth it is another matter. I have rust on one rear wheelarch, if I ever get around to fixing it properly I figured I'd get that section cut out of a breaker, cut the one on the car back to match, then weld, blend and paint.
