There was a 'limited edition' tts which has distinctive stitch on seats. Your one appears to be 'special' to the seller only. :?

You can tell by the rear valance and side skirts, that's pre-facelift sport trim. According to the mk2 brochure RS4s weren't available on this model/year - pretty sure they came in with black edition in 2011, so they must be an owner addition. £9k is plenty for that, even with the options. But then if salesmen are making up trim levels, they're probably imaginative with price tags too

 

Those seats are just the baseball stitching option. I have them in my Roadster.

You can always run a Google search for the year of the brochure you're interested in to see what options were available.
