Hmmmm probably not saveable was my first impression. The actual bumpers are quite cheap 2nd hand, £200 ish. Transfer all the grills over and respray should be around £500-£600. Not worth going insurance route with an £850 excess.
Do seek an opinion from a qualified bodyshop though, they might be able to sand that down and use filler.

No worries, yes I know hardly much out there 2014-2018, it's more of the facelift stuff these days. Have you seen these? S-Line Bumper Cover Ebay and S-Line Bumper 2 S-Line bumper same as the TTS methinks.
