I'm not sure about "matching"... As opposed to mismatched ones? lol Or did you mean for the rear as well...but I can't imagine you have 18Zs on the rear? If you did mean the rear, what calipers do you have on there or plan to put on there?
I have the ECS ones all around* though I would note these are:
-"Semi-floating" not a "regular" floating 2pc design
-They are drilled (as well as slotted)
These two things make for a rotor that's probably not going to be up to track duty, but are otherwise relatively lightweight and great for a street car--I've had mine 6+ years now and still perfectly fine. They aren't cheap but when it comes to rotors in this class/type they're actually well priced when on sale...or at least used to be. Also since ECS is a large US retailer, they'll be easy to get. E.g. I'm not sure a "local company in South Africa" is going to be of that much help if you're in the US...
OTOH if you're looking for something that is up to track duty, you'll need to look elsewhere and pay a bit more, most likely. I know rb (Racing Brake) makes them. I think Girodisc makes a set as well but I think those are for longitudinal cars with 18Z retrofit; I don't think they have them for PQ35 cars but I could be mistaken.
*In my case do have the rear ECS ones too but these are not on 18Zs. They are sold as kit to use the stock calipers by via a billet spacer that pulls the caliper out radially, to allow for a larger rear rotor (272-->320 mm). However this is on an A3, not a TT--I don't believe they make any similar kit for the Mk2 TT, unfortunately.
