Hi, my 2008 TT's drivers seat electric height adjustment has stopped working. I've got the seat out and have opened the motor to find that the motor gear is damaged, which seems to be quite common. I've had a look on ebay for a replacement gear (7L0959111) but these look slightly different to the gear on mine. The gear on my motor has straight teeth, but the ones for sale on ebay have slightly angled teeth. Also these listings on ebay, do not list them for TT's, but for A4, A6, Q5 etc. So I think perhaps that these gears are not compatible with the TT?


Does anyone have any experience with replacing the gear on a TT's drivers seat electric height adjustment motor and, if so, does anyone know where I can get a replacement?
