Since having car lowered as im slowing down or low speed get a droaning noise???? i know people say its coz i need tie bars but im not 100% may be bearing ? .....

There is another issue with the rear diff where the tyres develop regular flat spots and end up looking like 50p pieces. This can come about from lowering without proper correction of camber and toe - the tyres scrub and slip with oscillating movement coupled through the rear differential. This can be accompanied by a humming noise. See here:

Hi Elliot - the fact that you have lowered the car by 30mm, id definately get tie bars reagrdless mate..
