The small top hose will just pull off one ofthe large clips will unscrew the other you will have to cut off and replace I find a dremel with the a fibre cuttig disc works best but you can use a screw driver and pliers

 

I used a thin small head regular screw driver and wedged it at the top in one of the "bow ties" and twisted it and it normal popped a couple notches then went down where popped and inserted there and a twist and it popped off.

The easiest is to buy a crimp cutter just goes over the "bow tie" and snipes it off.........

They are a pain though.........

Yeah i have been working at it and removed the small hose thanks for the help

 

They are a bugger, aren't they? I just twisted them off with pliers and replaced them with proper bolt-fit clamps.
