Lock door with key (door lock LED failure)

Hi,

As my Audi TT 8S Roadster left (driver) door is replaced, all components are changed from old to new door. Problem I have is door lock LED doesn't light when doors are locked as because of speed or door lock switch. Traced the problem back to door lock unit (=F220) as it gives an implausible status.

One thing I noticed; I can un-lock the door with the (mechanical) key to the left=90° but I can't lock the door with this key) when it's turned to the right=45°.

Questions:
Should it be possible to lock the car with the key (not remote)?
Is it possible the key connection and door lock unit are misaligned 180°?

Hope someone can help.
Thanks,
Harm

Some extra info. Found the problem with the mechanical key. As because of cylinder fixing in the door, mounting screw was too tight and deformed the lock cylinder. Only 45 degrees to the right (lock) and that wasn't enough. With some force I could turn lock 90 degrees in both directions and mechanical locking is OK now.

Still error in module 42, 65593 - Switch for Central Locking B122D 29 [009] - Signal Implausible

With the driver side central locking lock unit out of the car, I measured switch resistance F131:

I've:
door open: 3-5 is 0 Ohm
door closed: 3-5 is 0 Ohm
door closed and locked (V56): 3-5 is 180 Ohm

I can't find position that measures OPEN for F131 switches.

Can somebody confirm my measurements or should I measure different values??

Thanks all!
