I have a wireless charger in my car [emoji1360] uses a magnetic receiver in the back of the case and doubles up as a phone holder, just place in the holder and it charges

I plan to do this soon, and under the rubber mat behind the handbrake seems ideal. Once done it should look OEM. My plan is to run the cable to the 12v power outlet and connect via USB.

 

I was going to see if it's possible to run the cable under the centre console and hook it up to the cig lighter supply as per ReTTro Fit's post, God rest him. My cheapo china wireless charger base arrived today actually but it's so shite that I doubt it will charge through the rubber base + the phone cover. Need to get a better charging base before proceeding.

 

Any news on your fitting of the wireless charger and wiring mate

How about pictures on how to wire to cigarette fitting.

 

I would still like to see some pics of how to wire it up,I don't have a cig lighter next to the old charger.How do I do this,can I use part of the old factory charger connection for instance?
