Quad Exhaust upgrade on TSFI & best Panel Filter?

H guys, I've been thinking about getting a Miltek Quad exit exhaust system and I was wondering if anyone has done this conversion from the stock twin pipe on a TSFI?

If so which rear diffuser did you go for?

Problems anyone encountered all?

Also which intakes do people recommend? I was thinking of going for a simple panel filter, but has anyone got any recommendations?

Thanks

There's a used Audi S Line diffuser up for sale in the Market Place right now; part number 8J0 807421 T.

I've used Green Cotton filters in the past, and K&N - always work well, clean up good and seem a good fit. The foam based panel filters are always lacking something and seem cheap in comparison.

Personally, I would swap the stock air box for an enclosed induction kit, or even a Neuspeed P-flow kit; albeit a little more noisy to live with.

Hi mate,

I had a quad Milltek and the TTS rear diffuser fitted to my V6 Roadster and love it. The TT Shop did the work for me, very impressed.

They also added a Pipercross panel filter and a Revo stage 1 map.... all money well spent :)

No, I believe the TTS diffuser fits the TTS/S-Line bumper...

Thanks for all the replies.

I have the stock 2.0 bumper so didn't really want to have to for a whole new bumper so maybe I will have to stick with a twin exhaust.

Revo is where I will be having the work done but was going for the Stage 2 map.

Does anyone know if you require any upgrades such as injectors to increase to around 280bhp comfortably?

Thanks

GRC84 - I have the answer for all of your troubles. I am at work at the moment and will take time to accumulate all the info.. But I have done exactly what you want to do with my Non Sline 2ltr TFSI.

Will get back to you tonight with everything I did and even with a picture!

EDIT: In the mean time, here's the photo from my work desktop that I keep lol.. When I get bored I stare at it for a while.

Okay here we go - as you can see with the picture above, my car is a non s line so I had to purchase the following Diffuser from Audi:

https://www.audi.co.uk/content/audi/own ... 071611B9AX
Part number - 8J0071611B9AX
This comes primed ready for spraying from Germany. Takes a number of weeks unless your local audi dealer has one in stock already. So if you're going for Quad exhausts, you'll need this one!

If you are going to stick with just the twin exhausts on the left, you'll need this one:
https://www.audi.co.uk/content/audi/own ... 00716119AX
Part number - 8J00716119AX

NOTE - Check the measurements of the exhaust tips you are buying because I bought the Cobra exhaust system with the 3'5" tips which are bigger than normal and I had to cut extra on my diffuser so they could fit through properly. The holes on this diffuser are designed to fit the standard TT exhaust and nothing bigger.

This is the link to the exhaust system I bought for my car encase you are interested - http://www.cobra-exhaust.co.uk/cobra-sp ... 11-6-c.asp

Hope this all helps. The sound of my system is amazing when putting your foot down.. very loud with a custom decat which I also have on. Only loud when putting foot down, when coasting or clutch down, you don't hear a thing. Start up sound on cold is beautiful. Recommend it if you're stuck for choice.

Any other questions, do let me know mate.
